2025 FESTIVAL: A RECORD-BREAKING SUCCESS!
Our third annual Santa Barbara Indie Film Fest has wrapped, and what a year it was! With record-breaking attendance and 41 incredible films, we brought hand-picked independent cinema to the historic Alhecama Theater. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, we're proud to have created an unforgettable celebration of fearless filmmaking.
Thank you to everyone who joined us - the film lovers, industry insiders, and cinema enthusiasts who filled the Alhecama Theater with energy and passion for independent storytelling. From exclusive screenings to after-parties in Santa Barbara's vibrant arts district, you made this our best year yet.

The Santa Barbara Indie Film Fest couldn’t take place without the help of our incredible volunteers! We are always looking for enthusiastic folks to help support us in our mission of bringing independent film to the Santa Barbara area. We are thankful for your interest!
Awards & Prizes
The top films or scripts from each category will get a trophy with custom engravings. Awards of Excellence and Award of Achievement winners will get a certificate in a frame.
Winners of the "Local Filmmakers" categories will win a free 1 year membership to 805 Film Co.
